@okfatima You nailed it. The internet is so convenient that it doesn't really cost you anything to click on this video. The algorithms that Google designed for this site have prioritized videos like this. They don't require any real engagement to be able to understand or relate to, so anyone can watch them. No offense to the uploader, he's obviously very good at speaking Chinese, but think about it in the bigger picture: who cares? You aren't going to ever see a news article titled "White Dude Eats Food, Speaks Chinese." Unless maybe they're a Hollywood celeb, but that's another story...
