also i love how that guy assumes that thinkpieces aren't being written about this simply because she's white

@xAudiolith Weimar was worse actually. we are getting kind of close though

@tastyterpenes4140 i'm going to go out on a limb here and ask what in the world makes you think quantum mechanics is spiritual in nature? are you referring to the anthropic principle? many scientists consider that to be a laughable position

@someguy3508 we've addressed everything women used to have it hard with, with technology, problem is many don't feel responsible for themselves so they don't acquire the tools needed (namely, a gun) "beauty standards" are a non-starter as well. literally just a giant marketing scheme to convince women they're ugly so they can be sold beauty products. 95% of men simply do not care

@nuudelz3711 rent free my friend, pretty sure she got popular because of onlyfans simps who want to give her money to see her tuna

@tastyterpenes4140 such a weird and misanthropic way to go through life, i will never understand this worldview of not living life for its own sake instead of so you can pass your "test" and get your good boy Reeses peanut butter cups from God

@tastyterpenes4140 not to come off too offensive but i don't think you understand what quantum mechanics truly is. it does not have scope on the vast majority of anecdotal miracles. quantum mechanics is very much a work in progress to understand physics at a much smaller scale. the problem with physics as we know it is that the laws actually change at certain scales. classical physics works with nearly everything we deal with in our lives, but, just as an example, gravity as we know it just stops making sense when you start dealing with bodies that are massive enough. i'm talking bodies that are much more massive than any planet or star in our solar system the truth is we will never know how or why miracles happened, short of some kind of time traveling technology, because all we have to prove their existence is the documentation of other people. chances are high that many of them could simply be made up in order to avoid consequences for a big mistake. to use the example of the virgin Mary, "it was a miracle" is a really convenient way to avoid having to kill or exile a woman for the crime of adultery when she suddenly has a child and nobody knows why. the entire village may have been in on this lie for their own political reasons. many such cases throughout history in order to avoid punishment or burdens from authority. another popular one is everyone in a community pretending to be sick or crazy so they do not have to host a traveling king or noble that expects lavish accommodation. collective lying is a very, very powerful thing

@Tatmeister689 i mean, yeah, successful people build off of their prior success. she could have been completely stupid and squandered the opportunity, but she didn't
1
@face0001 success is different to each person so your statement is pretty much meaningless. for her it was obviously financially driven

they're actually synonymous, "white" people are a completely American political fabrication used to D&C back when the Democrats were the "working white man's" party and fearmongered black people taking their women and jobs weird, imo, that non-Americans would even adopt the label
1
the funny thing is that the poster has it completely backwards. if she were black this would be completely insignificant and likely would never have gone viral. it's what society has come to expect from black women
