  9.  @danielkissgremsperger3242  i don't know why people are obsessed with thinking this, these people are established entertainers they didn't literally come from nowhere. especially gura, she had a very well known presence on youtube before taking that role. kson used to be one of the members and she is an extremely well known IRL streamer, and she's also hot to top it all off. not to mention the dozens of indie vtubers who also do IRL streams or show photos also japanese companies take this shit EXTREMELY seriously they would never hoodwink their fans in that way because they know it would instantly sink their company and every fan would turn their backs on them. it would be on the level of the makers of a crypto coin taking all the money and running, would completely destroy their reputation over night. even nijisanji doesn't do that and they're extremely scummy compared to hololive. there's huge money in this industry. if there was going to be a male streamer who uses a female avatar it would probably be a selling point and they would play it up for people who are into traps
