  1. I think they genuinely made a mistake. They were trying to fix problems where characters get close to map geometry and the camera is pushed close to them, and then their body would block your view if you're actually playing the game. Someone forgot to test the panty shot. If you've ever watched the anime NEW GAME, you know that you always test the panty shot.
