strictly speaking, any communication with a minor when you are in your 30s should be seen as inappropriate, if they are not related to you. i think it would be impossible to know exactly what he said because the definition is so broad.

@martialedits4335 being an adult and texting a minor that isn't related to you by blood is almost always inappropriate, it's too broad a term to nail down and we'll likely never know what was exchanged, but considering no legal action was taken and "virtuous trust and safety board members" screeched extremely loud about it, there's a 99% chance it was nothing significant. dogs that have no bite bark the loudest. chances are he did it by accident thinking she was not a minor at the time, shit happens to many, many horny men out there.
