  1. the difference is cyberpunk aimed for the moon and fell short. starfield is the same by the numbers Bethesda rpg that we've played since Skyrim or even Oblivion and it was never going to be anything else. don't expect to see overhauls of fundamental systems like how police works in starfield because it was never designed to be anything else
