  4. This is bullshit, the case doesn't exist as far as I can tell. There was, however, a Texas woman who successfully got her HOV violation ticket dropped because she was pregnant. Texas law actually agrees with her because in a homicide law it states that a fetus counts as a person when determining whether a crime was committed.
