@ninakore They're literally just anime VAs but live streaming instead of doing scripted content. It's not that deep.

Fubuki is basically a household name in Japan. You have to understand these streamers are real celebrities in every sense of the word over there. His agent likely told him "We'll be able to reach the Japanese audience" and he was right.

@zsep8688 They do actually put effort into their personality, unlike thot streamers. It's corny, but it has an appeal, and the effort really shows. This interview was entirely for the memes though. The management knows what they're doing.
