@spugelo359 Funny how we've always had guns but this has only become a serious problem recently. It's almost like having massive immigration loopholes since the 1960s has eroded our culture severely

The concoctions in this are fucking vile. This is very much dangerous assault. Imagine if you had an allergy to any one of these things, or an open cut from something that happened to you earlier and it got infected.

Depends on where you live. In some places, assault is both the action and the threat, when actual violence is suffered

Jesters are masters of insults and verbal games. They were known for being the only people in court who could get away with insulting the king or his retainers. That said, that's about as far as they'd go.

@tiii4017 It has been done as a form of mob justice, sure, but at least then there are a few dozen people who agree that the victim deserved it.

@ickyfist It doesn't take much to justify fear for one's safety. I've seen a similar case where a guy at a convenience store was being yelled at by some random weirdo. The victim was a firearms instructor, wearing his gun in open carry. The crazy man just kept walking at him aggressively until the victim was backed into a corner and he shot the weirdo. Now I won't lie, I think the victim is a bit of a coward because he's a fat guy with no physical skills that thinks his gun will protect him in every situation. Simple OC spray would have solved this situation with no injuries. But he got off with self-defense. Know the state of the law before you decide to fuck with the law.
