Yeah this senior cop has serious Dunning Kruger syndrome. He thinks "someone is looking at me funny, I've been a cop for however many years, so my instincts are always right. He's the perp and the dispatcher is wrong." He immediately had tunnel vision as soon as he saw "mirroring."

@billmarshall268 wrongdoing? I was referring to the motive to settle. you claimed it was because it was cheaper. my point is that government officials will never care about that because they don't pay out of pocket.
