@Zanorai I strongly don't feel I'm "addicted" but even I am not at that level of denial. You can be addicted to anything if you have the personality for it.

@sirksees Meditation is about letting go of your inner thoughts that are causing you problems. It is about focus, not relaxation. It's not about letting your mind wander. You have to find something repetitive to focus on. Some people use their senses, like hyper focus on every nerve ending in their body as much as they can one at a time. That kind of works for me sometimes but I prefer to use mental images. I will count my breaths and then imagine the numbers in vivid detail, like a giant 3D number submerged in sand for example.

I have had moments where I was anxious or guilty because I got high, and there were things I needed to do. So I just did them. Don't smoke indica. It makes you too lazy. I used to do one (small, vape sized) bowl a day in the evening. However recently I haven't been doing it every day.

@swapwashere9589 Don't hesitate because you might have health problems, just do it. There will always be someone more fit, stronger or healthier than you or me. It doesn't negate the health benefits of exercise. If you do it often enough, you will start to enjoy it. Trainers are good at motivating. If they are too expensive, try joining a martial arts dojo. You can find great people there.

@chickenmadness1732 Uh, maybe "you" do that. Most people do not. I've stopped for weeks or more at a time without even noticing.

@kills4meals218 I am an almost-daily user as well but you're just denying real evidence at this point and you've gotten lucky. Weed is not good for you if you are likely to have illnesses like schizophrenia. I actually lucked out because my uncle had it, but I don't-- well, pretty sure I don't, 33 now and usually if you're schizo you have an episode in your 20s or earlier where the illness rears its ugly head
