  2. They are sought after... in the fields which they are capable of working. Nobody works more diligently at my local Kroger than the guy with Downs.

  3. The typical period before a 401k contribution becomes available to a new employee is 90 days... the guy had been there 22 years. I'd be surprised if he missed out on any benefits. The termination was still blatantly discriminatory however.
