@CCC303THIZZ The issue that was touched on in this story is much bigger than skin color actually. He said the law doesn't differentiate between negligence and intentional killing. That's absurd and would affect people of all types. I don't know if that is exclusive to Colorado, but I was pretty sure most other states have "vehicular manslaughter" charges for negligence, and anything intentional is some kind of murder depending on how much you planned for it.
