@kalliope7499 That's how undisciplined pits left to their own devices work. They will see living beings they deem to be weaker than themselves as chew toys. It isn't just toddlers, it's also the elderly or infirm.

@1_star_reviews It isn't attacking in its own mind, it believes the toddler is a worthless creature that is nothing more than a chew toy. It's playing. Seen it happen in other pit bull videos with elderly people as well.

@blaqmermaiid This one in the video looks like a pit to me. The story of the pit bull is a tragic story, to be sure, but the only way to end it is for demand for that breed to end. They seem to be sought mostly by irresponsible owners because they are the ones who most frequently end up abandoned on the street or in shelters. But there are those who keep excusing their behavior, because they had a pit one time and it was friendly. Nothing overrides anecdotal evidence for some people sadly.

Likely a recent stray. Waaaay too many selfish morons who get a dog only to abandon it on the street within a couple months
