  1.  @lllKRENDELLLlll  "responsibility" and "guilt" are not on/off switches, but rather like a spectrum. The bus company absolutely bears responsibility for simply shrugging their shoulders and allowing the driver to do this, regardless of his ethnicity. It doesn't exactly take a genius to realize that overworking drivers may result in an accident.
