Seen plenty of warnings as a man. I was riding in a car with two of my friends when we got pulled over because the driver swerved into a lane right in front of the cop. The driver was obsessing over Inception which we had just seen and was not focusing. He let us off with a warning, we were all in high school. In college we got pulled over on the way to the bowling alley just because we were in college and the car was full. He wanted to make sure we weren't drunk but pretended it was because there was a problem with our headlight. Let us go no problem. Campus cops tend to be giant douchebags. Most of them are actually private security contractors.

There is literally no reason to argue with a cop in 99% of cases. If you committed a minor infraction, show up to court, the cop won't be there because they're always too busy, and you'll win by default. Or you can pay a lawyer a pittance to do it for you. If you committed a major crime, there's no reason to argue because you might incriminate yourself. It takes a keen judge of character and very specific circumstances to recognize that you might be able to come out ahead by arguing with a cop.

@Coom Lord I consider myself a red blooded American through and through, but the thing you've failed to realize is that rights are indeed a fabrication. Just a comfy idea dreamed up by educated people. When the chips are down, might is the only right, and that's why we have the 2nd. Our rights are being eroded from us, but not quite as quickly as in some other places.
