the scariest part is the thought that these teachers unironically spite adolescent children for representing a political idea that is, at worst, anti-authoritarian, but patriotic no matter how you approach it. even if that ideology was objectively evil, the fact that the teacher in the video and other teachers on campus resent him as if he knows exactly what he is doing is just ridiculous. their decrepit asses can't wrap their minds around everyone having a camera connected to the internet in their pocket and they probably still say "I didn't think this would blow up online" every day. to them, this kid is a malicious conspirator, not just outspoken. anyone with a mindset resembling this should be removed from any profession involving children immediately

@zerotodona1495 if I'm not mistaken, it was a confederate battle flag. it wasn't representative of a confederate state or authority but it was a flag used by the confederacy in battle. honestly, the confederacy was pants-on-head retarded in multiple ways so I have a really hard time empathizing with anyone that wants to fly that flag. the gadsden flag is as much a rebel flag as the confederate battle flag so why not use the one that wasn't representative of a war waged by rich plantation owners?

@markrob2892 ah, you mean they knowingly lied about the origins of the flag. probably just as likely, but they are dumb for pulling this in a parent-teacher meeting while the mom is recording.
