@CEOofWasrael The first playthrough I did of the remake of Resident Evil 2 (on Hardcore difficulty) and Alien: Isolation (again, on Hard) are the scariest media I've ever experienced. They kept me feeling tense and scared for most of the time because the games are genuinely difficult and feature situations that you can't just defeat with weapons. I don't like cheap scares and games are good at stimulating horror due to the interactivity. The Void (2016) is a good horror film. I didn't get terrified by it, but everything is very well designed with very good physical effects, and it's good traditional Lovecraftian horror in a modern setting.
