  2. ​@invader_jim2837 You could make the same argument about kids. Kids don't have a political voice, very few take them seriously. They have greatly curtailed rights. How far are you willing to curtail them? Logically and ethically speaking, the only thing that separates an unborn child, from a child, from an adult, is time. There was a choice made to connect both genitals together for enough time for conception to happen. Without further changes, a child emerges. I am willing to hear and hash out the arguments for when abortion should be allowed, but I am sick of pathetic people refusing to own up to the act. It is a loss of life, period. Our government, and now our own community, regards life with such callous disdain and yet so many pretend like abortion is an act of empathy. It isn't. Life has never had inherent virtue to humanity at large. It is perhaps the greatest and most laughable lie we tell ourselves.
