  1. I bet some of you clowns aren't even aware that many HOA bylaws have not changed for 40 or more years. Mine is changing theirs because they have not changed since the 1980s and adding rules against using the condos as vacation rentals. Rules do not have inherent virtue and can be wrong or outdated.
