  3.  @matlohn9381  It can easily be compared to drunk driving. Do you think drunk drivers who haven't run anyone over or crashed into anyone deserve to get let off for free with no DUI/DWI? No? Then why should someone intentionally pointing a laser at a helicopter pilot get off?
