I hate to break it to you Lunduke, but based on what I've read about cases like this, Coinbase is going to pay a "security firm" to solve the problem, and the cost of solving that problem is just going to coincidentally be $20 million. That's why they posted the bounty. In other words they will pay the ransom through proxy. This is just a dog and pony show to make themselves look like they didn't capitulate. If they're fortunate, the security firm will haggle the ransom down.
