It always has to be politicized, they can't just say "I find the model ugly" and leave it at that. No, they're somehow appealing to Western ideals... even though her eyes are too small and slanted... and it's a deliberate ploy to undermine Chinese solidarity by BEING TOO UGLY. The insanity.

@abadran8174 If by "objective" you mean there are a large group of people who agree on it, like a contract, then perhaps, but beauty standards have changed dramatically through human history. In medieval times small breasts were considered attractive -- but then again our view of what "society thinks" is largely informed by what the nobility and church thinks because they were the ones who could write. Long before that, we see a lot of idols carved of humongously fat women with gigantic breasts. So clearly a fair number of people thought that was hot.
