@kirikakirikakirika In all fairness CDPR did (according to the aforementioned reviewer) copy the exact pattern from a headset device that is specifically designed to induce seizures in photosensitive epileptics when you use the Braindance feature, which I find to be extremely weird and unnecessary. On the other hand, there are people saying incredibly stupid things like "No epileptic should have to risk a seizure when playing a video game" as a result of this, which is impossible to fulfil. I knew a kid in grade school that was photosensitive, and he had a seizure while playing Battlefield 1942. That game has very little in the way of flashing lights and neon colors. If you're photosensitive and you just buy a game blindly without doing any research and expect all the risk to be mitigated for you, I don't know what to tell you. That's similar to walking across the street without looking both ways first.

@eliasfigarzon9813 The thing that annoys me the most is that people forget about the Witcher 1 and 2. Witcher 1 was mostly just an "OK" game with some flaws, and had a completely different combat system, engine and camera from the newer games. Witcher 2 is similar to Witcher 3 in terms of combat and camera and is a pretty good game, but is not truly an open world and is more like Deus Ex with "hubs" that are separate from each other. The dev teams changed a lot between each of these 3 games.
