  1. I'm not even a marathon runner but it isn't that hard to regimen your defecation. I shit 2 hours after I wake up pretty much every single day. In the military or any hunting/survival situation, knowing how to do this isn't just convenient, it's necessary. I find it hard to empathize with the need to do this.
