  1. I have never worked retail, but that is specifically because I knew it would be difficult for me and I respect those who do it as a result. The only time I got even a little mad at a retail employee was, ironically, at a different GameStop. I bought a PS4 in anticipation for the day that Bloodborne would come out. This GameStop was literally a 10 minute walk from where I lived, if even that, so I saw absolutely no need to pre-order the game. The clerk asked me which game I was planning on playing and I said Bloodborne. He asked me 3 times if I wanted to pre-order, and the 3rd time he actually tried to argue with me about the philosophical merits of pre-ordering, which I am principally against. I told him if he continued I'd leave the PS4 on the counter (I had my credit card in my hand but hadn't swiped yet) and he finally shut up, didn't go back again after I bought Bloodborne.
