I'd imagine that he has an in with Reddit global mods that the protagonist needs to reach, so he gives you a mission to off some mafia boss because he dine-and-dashed at a restaurant that turned out to be a front for the mafia. His mission chain is funny at first but his character quickly gets annoying and he makes you do too many tasks without a payoff.

  2.  @RobbieStacks90  New Yorker/Californian detected. I'd have to go to a steakhouse or similarly expensive restaurant to spend $70 on myself here. Even after the price increases -- french fries are $7 at most sit down restaurants now.
