  2. Dragon Ball is way better if you like a good adventure show with a well rounded cast. Z has its moments, but is not nearly as well-rounded and the meme criticism of it being "The Goku Show Where Goku Always Wins" is basically true. Also, Kai is truer to the manga in some ways and has better pacing for a TV show.
