  1. @avi Well that's true, but there are ways you can mitigate the risk. Don't go out between 12AM and 2AM, for example, those are peak drunk driving hours in the US.

  3. They do have something to do with this, that wasn't a "pit" it was basically just some foam cubes strewn about the floor. Little to no cushioning. It would work if you fell down flat and spread the impact, and this particular lady did no services to herself with her jump, but it looks deceptively deep.
