  1. His people skills are absurdly shitty. You can tell he's trying to maximize the time to value ratio for engagement. If a guy walked up to you on the street and asked if you wanted a free meal, cold with no introduction, you should be sketched out. That's bad enough, but the fact that he is indignant enough to argue with the employee is beyond belief.
