  1.  @DRNT940  The problem is that the vast majority of society treats charges as conviction, no questions asked. Every suit is way too paranoid about losing money over a mob of angry people that 99% of the time, never materializes anyway, because a guy was arrested one time by a cop who made a mistake. So they fire you on the spot "just to be safe." The only real solution is to work in a highly-skilled profession for a small company that would suffer greatly if they suddenly fired you.
