  1.  @MisfitsFosterAcademy  responsibility exists everywhere. to consider another scenario: a teenage girl walking alone late at night in a city where they're taking in refugees in Germany... yeah, anything that happens to her isn't her fault , in the same way that getting struck by lightning isn't your fault... but as the rational, smart members of society we have to do the things that we can to minimize risk. it's not victim blaming... it's understanding that the only thing we can reliably change in the world is ourselves
