  1.  @FullSenderson  This is basically an ideal scenario for a taser, dude was barely moving when he was hit with it and shirtless. This just proves what we already know which is that people with enough conditioning, enough intoxication, or just weird genetics/nervous system issues are minimally affected by it. That's before even considering issues with acquiring the electrical contacts. If your tool fails when the suspect is most dangerous, why rely on it?

  3. I didn't think it was tied to any one case at all. It is because of the extremely common headline phrase "Florida man..." followed by whatever crazy incident occurred.
