@OveToranger he carried a gun with an additional magazine, which is not proof on its own, but combined with the fact that he seemingly instigated a fight -- I have a hard time believing that he was being targeted by that group for no reason while the other guys there to counter-protest weren't being targeted -- and even RETURNED to said fight, after having ample opportunity to get away, seems like he premeditated the plan to cause a fight at a minimum

@kenkarr9928 he condemned himself you absolute fool. if video is recorded of yourself committing a crime, then you have to come up with an alibi -- and prove it -- to show that you are actually not guilty of that crime. you don't even understand how innocent until proven guilty works. as far as we can tell this guy was proven guilty, now it's his problem to show that he is not. the whataboutism you keep resorting to is what the court would refer to as not "reasonable doubt." even if somebody picked up a rock, he could have literally just ran in the other direction. in fact he had multiple opportunities to do so. this is exactly how one shouldn't act when carrying a gun. you have to be the calmest person in the vicinity. always

@koniko169 agreed about the perp, and i would have even said the camera guy was doing a valuable service if he kept his camera trained on the perp the entire time, however as soon as the perp ran to his vehicle he immediately went to harass the two old guys because they wore MAGA hats so that automatically makes them "affiliated," as if being in the same school would mean that you support a school shooter's actions. it's deranged behavior

@RockMonger the wall was likely a dividing line for their private property where they held the vigil. in that case they have every right to remove someone they don't want on their property. everyone involved in the counter protest poured gasoline on a fire and hoped that the other group of people would get burned. pick your battles, don't be a fucking moron

@Coxie1996 why do you say that? this guy will be seen as affiliated with "MAGA" counter-protestors, do you really think those people get favorable treatment in the justice system? especially after Jan 6th
