@Sycopathy I like the idea of tipping because it would ostensibly be non-taxable income. But sadly that isn't the case anymore. What you're talking about isn't even the half of it when it comes to delivery drivers. Pizza delivery drivers have to use their own car. Easily a quarter of your pay goes straight into your car for wear and tear. I have never asked for change from a delivery driver, although I also haven't paid in cash in ages. I didn't even think they carried change. The idea that I would ask the driver to drive back and forth just because I accidentally gave them a tip is absurd, not to mention a $7 tip is basically the exact average tip proportion for that order so there's no way a reasonable driver would expect to give change back.
