All bets are off when a knife or a gun is involved and the other guy is unarmed. Doesn't matter how strong or fit you are, severed artery is a severed artery.

@blankregistration7301 It tends to be worse in small towns. Less oversight, less accountability. The lady who was nearly killed in Colorado after being left on the train tracks in handcuffs was arrested by small town cops.

I tend to hold cops to a higher standard than some rando driving a car but hey whatever you gotta do to get the taste of boots I guess.
27
@Smilejustsmilebby Correction, he went his entire criminal life (up to the trial) without BEING CAUGHT for murder. You overestimate the competence of law enforcement.
19
@matrepharaoh8260 He definitely looks closer to 50 than 40.
17
DIDYA SHOOT 'IM? 😃
14
@zerolowerbound5855 None of my friends or relatives are drunks who commit home invasions, so I find it difficult to sympathize. Sorry buddy. Last time we did anything like that was college and nobody I knew of ever ended up in the wrong person's house.
12
@Jake Park They're the corp that makes the tastiest fried chicken though.
10
@KMT15 Actually it's a very good choice for police work in general. Shell shot never overpenetrates so if the shooter is standing against a wall and a child is on the other side of the wall, the child will not die. It can also be loaded with non-lethal rounds, slugs, whatever is needed for the situation

@brandondetroitfanmichaels4325 Wow, a challenge to a fight over the internet. Never seen that one before.
7
@coolgamers2794 There is a bomb defusal mode in R6S as well. Even worse if they were playing hostage and he said "I just shot the hostage"
5
@jasonpearce6322 Field tests don't even have more than a 60% accuracy rate. If you're sober the worst they can do by refusal is take you to the station and make you take a blood test. Which will show beyond any reasonable doubt that you are sober. Either way the lawyer wouldn't get involved.
5
@NickKautz Guns made in the last 70 or so years simply don't work that way
5
@YTCensorshipFindTheCure Anime has existed for roughly 60-70 years.
4
@NickKautz Fun fact: Triggers don't pull themselves.
4
@deliriouswhome1 You are terminally online, please seek help. You have two accounts with different last names to post comments in hopes of convincing people of contrarian views on pop culture issues. Seek therapy. The DRE agreed he was sober. Even if you were correct the state literally has no evidence on this kid. Give it up.

@zerolowerbound5855 My uncle shot his own leg off with a Ruger Blackhawk partially because he was a crackhead. He did the same thing with a .22 when he was a teenager however, so it was more natural selection than anything. You know why I haven't done that? It isn't luck, it's because my father moved out of the New Orleans ghetto.
3
@asdfghjk2933 Generally speaking, it is pretty hard to miss if you are trained and it's indoors. You're usually shooting at ranges of less than 10, 15 yards at most.
3
@UncensoredWisdomByDerek Not at all "Crime Dawg." In most states you must respond with an equivalent level of force or have reason to believe your life is in danger. The dude never hit her.
3
You have no idea. Real criminals will often try to call 911 before the victim can. It is effective.
2
@toniotrussardi8126 An elderly man being able to kill others is the whole point. They have no chance of defending themselves against an assailant otherwise.
2
Yes, it's saddening to know that they'll be thinking about the details of this event, and regretting many of them like stepping over a victim's body. Something they had no real control over and had to do to prevent more loss of life.
2
@Terratetradon Yes... they model. For a brand. Do you know what the word "model" means? It's a demonstration or example of something.
2
@hotshotx1598 That is literally the reason to own a gun, so a person with a physical disadvantage cannot be taken advantage of by brutes. This is how we got away from the middle ages where men who had swung swords around their entire lives could boss you around because you had never held anything more dangerous than a pitchfork. Go back to the middle ages. I hope your ancestors were knights for your sake.

@devontoombs4141 Pretty sure Oklahoma allows a third party to defend a loved one from violence

For some reason I couldn't help but wonder why the lady on the bottom right was staring at her Windows desktop, mouse in hand. Seems like she was daydreaming.
1
Likely a gang member, I'm sure he'll be bragging about his jail time to his buddies.
1
@arshenio45 I hate to break it to you and any potential wannabe officers but they're supposed to be the ones who "die for nothing," not schoolchildren. It's also naive to believe that the shooter wouldn't change his behavior when confronted with a squad of police officers pressuring him into a corner. Even if some of them die. This is a stark difference from the North Hollywood bank robbery where two men, fully decked out in combat armor and illegal fully automatic weapons with drum mags, had a stand off with cops confronting them with pistols and shotguns, several of whom lost their lives. But it was not in vain because they didn't move very far until SWAT arrived with rifle caliber weapons and finished them off.

@daisybelle1025 Judgment by humans is inherently biased. The jury is made up of your peers so it is biased towards however the local people behave.
1
I CAN'T GOBBLE
1
@Localjadedealer The fact that she's Vietnamese, has a Doraemon tattoo and called you out on that is mind-blowing.
1
If we're lucky he will be done in by the first inmate who asks him what he got in for like that one child molester. Much cheaper that way.
1
@cypherpunk12 What? I never accused you of being a killer, but okay. Why would you think this OnlyFans model had the wits and werewithal to premeditate a murder so well that no evidence was left on the scene? And then have a sufficient story/alibi to cover that? Calling 911 first is like the basic move for impulsive idiots who find themselves having committed a crime.
1
Agreed, we'll never get those bullets back.
1
"Obstruction." You obstructed us from investigating you for a crime you didn't commit. Which, even if you had committed one, you have a Constitutional right to not help the cops investigate you. Can you make it any more evident that you're angry and embarrassed that you made yourself look like a fool?
1
The other 2% run for office.
1
@chrisa3289 Bro, the dogs sounded less troublesome than my Aussie. She goes apeshit any time someone is at the door
1
@lprophit It's an anime shirt, kinda hilarious actually
1
@DiabloBlanquecino If we had a perfect way of mentally evaluating people that was 100% correct all the time, then I would say that mentally ill people such as this individual should never have guns until they pass said evaluation. But that evaluation doesn't exist, and socialist governments have used "mental evaluations" to declare their political opponents crazy many times.
1
@thomassteele9649 Hey these guys did a much better job than most police I've seen around animals. Thinking of the cop who shot the blind dog because it had run away... That was some crazy stuff.
