As for democratic socialism, that is still a post-capitalist ideology.

It can only be achieved when certain conditions are present. Capitalism has served a purpose, and that was the overthrow of the feudal system in a number of countries. However, the issues of capitalism are becoming worse and worse, and therefore, we must move beyond capitalism towards communism.

We can start by encouraging cooperation as it fits well with our nature as social animals. Einstein had a good idea for an educational system, and it was one that would be oriented towards social goals.
