@scetchmonkey007 I didn't change the definition of communism and universal healthcare is pretty moderate. There were also some socialists in the past that were not communists such as George Orwell and MLK Jr which means that not everyone on the left is a communist.

@scetchmonkey007 I said that revolution would probably be the way to implement a dictatorship of the proletariat unless things change quickly. As for the councils that govern, they will be workers' councils and so people can be elected to serve on a council or they can be removed at anytime. Council members would have to follow the wishes of their constituents since council democracy follows the delegate model of representation.
