  1. I'm sure in Wuhan September/October 2019. They did'nt tell. They did'nt know how to handle it. I do not blame them. The shut down of Wuhan surely did'nt came "all of a sudden", and building a huge hospital within two weeks was more than necessery. They report zero deaths now, I question that.
