  1. you should read up on ben hall another aussie bushranger, was falsely accused of bushranging and while in prison one of the coppers ran off with his missus and burnt his property and cattle to ashes. his gang was similar to neds always polite, held up towns and partied in the hotels with the locals. ben was ratted out and even though he'd never shot anybody the coppers were so shit scared of him they made billy dargan the black tracker sneak up and shoot him while he was asleep. the 8 coppers then rushed in and shot his corpse 30 times. then they put him still in his blanket on his horse and paraded his corpse up the streets of forbes. there's a song about him called the "streets of forbes"
