  1. you're getting head toss because you have 21.7 psi in the tyres and didn't disconnect the swaybar. 33's on a 2 door wrangler means road pressure is probably around 26-28psi if you do a chalk test 20psi is a good start for high speed 2wd dirt road comfort but you should be at 15psi at least for slow speed 4wdriving
