  1. you could pick people from major australian cities and 90% of them would be useless, 30% of them wouldn't even be australian born. you could pick people from outside the cities and 90% of them would have a decent chance of survival or at least have a decent go. but saying that, there's places in australia where you cannot survive, you can only pass through if you're lucky.
