the fact that he has cognitive issues isn't even the biggest problem. the biggest problem is he was always an idiot and still he was put him forward to run for president and some people even voted for him. it's almost as if they thought trump is eccentric and says some weird stuff at times and he's popular, who do we have in the democrat party that's weird.
