  1. doesn't take a genius to figure out if you import problematic ideology you get problems. no country should be obliged to put up with less from immigrants than they expect from their own citizens.

  2. the rest of the world could disappear and australia could still carry on as we have everything we need. it's not a case of us not having oil it's a case of us not using it now. we produce more food than we eat, so if we were cut off we'd actually have more food than we'd know what to do with. at the end of the day the sun would still shine and aussies would rise to the occasion.
