@riyanferdianto9791 cats are responsible for the mouse plague, they kill more effective predators and the result is increased mice and increased feral cats. so no cats don't control rodents.

it's not just the seabirds the cats are impacting. cats are the vector for toxoplasmosis parasite which effects all mammals including humans and sea mammals. trap neuter reabandon should be illegal everywhere, and their should be punishment for any person keeping feral cat colonies. hopefully hawaiians have a large scale effort to remove invasive pest species, they need to put a bounty on cat scalps and get as many people out there culling cats as often as possible to control their numbers until a biological control is developed.

@caribenariena3442 all uncontained domestic cats should be culled asap.
