  1. in the inhabited but unsealed parts of the outback in a day you'll likely see a roadtrain, a couple of locals in 4wd's, a couple of tourists riding bicycles (usually japanese or german for some reason) a few adventure motorcycles mostly suzuki drz400E's or dr650se"s and a few loaded up touring 4wd's. in the less inhabited places you can go for two days and not see a single person. you should watch "TEN DAYS and ONE THOUSAND MILES on the world's most remote 4x4 track - THE CANNING STOCK ROUTE" by "the road chose me" that should give you an idea.
