any lights will attract insects in the right circumstances, a toilet block with a light out front acting as a beacon to bring insects no outside doors to stop them going inside where there's more lights. not a big deal but the lights attract insects the insects attract spiders, the insects and spiders attract frogs and lizards, the frogs and lizards attract snakes. so you just check before you get caught with your pants down.
