  2. it's not ground beef or hamburger it's beef mince. the minced beef patty is not a hamburger, a hamburger is cooked meat on a bun with toppings and sauce. a sandwich is on sliced bread a roll is typically cold meat or spreads. you can't be shocked when you're the only country to incorrectly call a burger a sandwich
