  1. you don't haggle with a worker for a coffee or a $10 meal. also not much point haggling at a big corporate store with sales and price match guarantees just use them. but if you're buying anything from a store owner or second hand rare to pay asking price. furniture,cars, houses are always negotiable. and you can always ask for a discount when you buy large quantities. bottom line is nobody wants to waste time haggling over trivial everyday items we want the same price for everyone and the price is as stated.
