  1. pretty common to leave the doors and windows open in Australia. shut them if you're heating, cooling or it's raining. i don't have a screen on the back door and i have got bugs, frogs, lizards, snakes, goannas, possums, bats and birds in the house at times. which sounds crazy but i don't mind i just put them out.
